A very fine Victorian silver Card Case of rectangular form with hinged flip-top lid and all-over chased and bright-cut engraved foliate scroll decoration on a matt background, the front with superbly engraved landscape scene depicting an unknown stately home with deer and a folly in the foreground and mature trees in the background. The shield shaped cartouche to the reverse engraved with a contemporary crest.
