A good George III Irish silver Meat Skewer with plain ring terminal above a shield shaped cartouche engraved with a crest:-. “Out of a ducal coronet or, a cubit arm habited and gloved holding a fire-ball, all ppr”, probably for Spicer of Weare, in Topsham, Devon.
