An extremely rare Victorian silver Vesta Case of flat-top rectangular form with sprung hinged lid, the face enamelled with a scene depicting a coach pulled by four horses crossing a brick built bridge, the reverse with additional oval enamel panel depicting a portrait of the Coachman wearing his beige hat and coat.

In good original condition with no damage or repair, minor surface scratching and pocket wear to the enamel. A minuscule loss of enamel to the left hand border and right hand bottom corner.
