A rare George III silver Penner, the tapering Ink Pot engraved with swags and darts and with a band of milling at the base, the pot has a threaded neck to accept the screw on bright-cut engraved shaft which holds the reversible nib.
Makers mark only 'JT' for Joseph Taylor, Birmingham, c1800.
