An extremely rare Victorian silver combination item made up of three coloured sliding pencils with enamelled buttons housed within a rounded rectangular case with hinged whistle to the reverse, the top with inset glass covered metal compass, attached stirrup shape suspension ring, the whistle engraved with contemporary initials A.H.P.
