A rare Victorian silver combination Seal/Magnifying Glass/Propelling Pencil, of tubular column form, the seal matrix engraved with an Earls Coronet and a script capital letter 'D'. The pull out telescopic propelling pencil with ribbed barrel and circular magnifying glass terminal.
