Victorian Silver 'Lake Scene' Book Form Vinaigrette

An extremely fine quality Victorian silver book form Vinaigrette with engraved foliate scroll decoration, the cover with a diamond shaped panel engraved with a lake side scene, the reverse with a similar diamond shaped panel engraved with a bouquet of flowers, the spine engraved "Keep Sake". The sides realistically gilded and engraved as the pages of the book. The silver gilt interior with intricately pierced hinged grill.
