A rare Victorian novelty silver Cigar or Cheroot Piercer made in the form of a Policeman's Bulls Eye Lantern. The sprung mechanism with a clip to hold the door shut and having two internal steel prongs to pierce the cigar. The base inset with a bloodstone seal.
