A fine quality Edwardian silver mounted Vinaigrette / Pomander of naturalistic form, made from an organic material, possibly ivory, in the form of a compressed orange or satsuma. The pierced screw off cover with three silver leaves and a suspension ring opening to reveal the silver gilt interior complete with original sponge.
Stamped: Frank Hyams Ld. 128 New Bond Street. W. & with registered design number 577146.
Unmarked c1910.
