A rare Victorian novelty silver combination Vinaigrette & Sewing Etui formed as a Policeman's Bullseye Lantern, with fluted domed top and suspension ring hinging open with push-button to reveal an etui including thimble, bobbin and needles. The front with small round hinged cover set with magnifying crystal and covering the the gilded vinaigrette grille.
