A very fine quality large early 20th century American sterling silver triple Stamp Dispenser Box of rounded oblong form with hinged lid set with enamelled 1 cent green, 2 cent red and 3 cent lilac stamps, complete with central spindles with caps to hold rolls of stamps dispensed through slots in the side of the box. Silver gilt interior.

By The Thomae Company, Attleboro, Massachusetts, U.S.A. c1930. Also stamped with the retailer's mark of Spaulding Gorham.

In good condition with no damage or repair. What appears like a pin head dent in the interior base is in fact a punched No 4 part number.
