An extremely rare Dr Wall Worcester cylindrical Tankard with grooved strap handle, painted in underglaze blue with the ‘Floral Reserve pattern’ (BFS IA15) depicting a Chinese Lady seated by a large vase in a fenced garden within a trailing garland of flowers, and another standing by a table with a large vase of flowers on it.
Crescent mark. c1770.
