A rare early 20th Century novelty silver Game Shooting Butt Marker, modeled as a powder flask, with a ring attachment and sprung hinged push-button action dispenser. Complete with eight numbered silver balls.
By Grey & Co, Chester, c1925.
The ingenious mechanism allowing just one numbered ball to be dispensed at a time. The flask then has to be inverted before dispensing another ball. This also prevents accidental spillage.
