A good quality early 20th century silver mounted Desk Ink Blotter of a patented design - 'The Betta Blotta'. The rectangular silver mount with crisp engine turned decoration and with an applied cast silver model of a Scottie dog to one corner. The circular pedestal shape knob unscrews to facilitate the attachment of the blotting pads. Complete with original cardboard box and two spare unused blotting pads.
