A rare and unusual fully hallmarked George IV silver sliding Pencil with plain reeded body and slider ring, the extended screw off seal terminal opens to reveal a very unusual lead reservoir with protruding metal tubes.
By Mordan & Riddle, London, 1824 (the date letter slightly rubbed but almost certainly for 1824). Also stamped: S.Mordan & Co's Patent).
