An early Victorian small silver gilt combined Vesta Case and Cheroot Cutter of rounded rectangular form with attached suspension ring and engine turned decoration to the base, lid and sides. A vacant circular cartouche to the lid and two internal compartments, one with an aperture to insert a cheroot.
