An extremely fine quality Edwardian cased 9 carat gold Opisometer or Map Measuring Tool combined with a Compass, the two glazed enamel dials calibrated for statute miles, kilometers and nautical miles to one side and inches to miles or versts and centimeters to kilometers on the other.
Complete with original silk and velvet lined Morocco red leather fitted case.
