A rare Edwardian novelty silver Pin Cushion / Trinket Box made in the form of a Piano Stool, with scrolled legs and spiraled handles with ball finials. The hinged lid supporting the original blue velvet cushion and opening to reveal the silk lined interior and an original mirror.
