Photo 1 of 15

An unusual and good quality Edwardian silver Trick Opening Vesta Case, of plain rounded rectangular form with ribbed decoration and attached suspension ring. Initial inspection reveals no obvious opening device but there is a concealed sliding section to the middle of one side which pushes the lid partly open and reveals the interior. A metal striker to the opposite side.
