A rare George III Provincial silver Caddy Spoon of typical Sheffield form with elongated fluted shell bowl and shield shape ""button handle"", engraved with contemporary initials within a prick dot border.

By John Younge & Sons, Sheffield, 1797. Also struck with the rare double duty mark. (Kings head twice). Used in 1797.
