A rare George IV die-stamped silver Wine Label of cartouche form with shell, scroll and acanthus leaf border, pierced for Mareschino (a misspelling of Maraschino - a bittersweet liqueur flavored with Marasca cherries.

Probably by Charles Reily & George Storer, London, 1826 (the marks partly lost in the piercing).
