A rare George III silver filigree combined Scent Bottle Holder and Thimble, the thimble unscrewing from the base to reveal a small faceted blue glass Scent Bottle with silver collar and top. The base engraved with an inscription - ""The gift of her dear mother who died 24 March 1815 aged 40 years"
