An extremely rare and unusual Georgian silver double headed Tooth Brush with green stained ivory handle, one head of curved concave form the other of curved convex form to facilitate reaching every crevice! Engraved with contemporary name C.Gilder.

By Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham, 1802. One head fully marked the other with maker's mark only.
