A fine quality William IV / early Victorian 16 carat gold (tested) Sliding Mechanical Propelling Pencil with fluted engine turned line and dot barrel, the slider ring and ends with acanthus leaf decoration, the screw-off terminal set with a shield shaped chalcedony seal carved with a boars head crest.
