A fine and rare silver mounted tortoiseshell twin compartment Stamp Box, standing on a silver pedestal base with leather covered base, the rectangular box with sloping serpentine hinged lid set with two glazed panels. The four sides with tortoiseshell panels and with sloped tortoiseshell 'U'-shaped inserts to the interior.
