A fine quality Victorian silver and enamel Trick Opening Vesta Case of plain rectangular form, the face with enamelled instruction - ""Help Yourself"", the reverse engraved J N Woodward. On initial inspection the gilded interior contains nothing, the ingenious hidden interior compartment containing the matches can only be released when the sprung slide to one end is held down.
