A fine and unusual Victorian silver Vinaigrette made in the form of an Egg, finely engraved with foliate scroll decoration and a cartouche engraved with contemporary initials, with unusual sprung push-button opening mechanism revealing the silver gilt interior with finely pierced foliate scroll grille.
