An extremely fine Victorian novelty cast silver Scent Bottle made in the form of an Onion, a sprung mechanism to the base which when revolved allows the scent bottle to pop-up. The hinged lid opens to reveal the silver gilt interior with cork stopper.

Also stamped with a diamond registration mark for the 11th November 1881.

In good condition with no damage or repair and in full working order, a couple of very minor flat spots to the body.
