		A rare late 19th century electroplated silver Wine Label of curved cartouche form, pierced and engraved with scrolls and leaves,surmounted by a squirrel sitting on its haunches eating a pine cone. The name plate enameled for Cir-Wasser.
Unmarked c1880.
'CIR-WASSER' is a previously unrecorded title on antique Wine Labels, possibly to indicate Citron Water or Kirschwasser (Cherry Brandy).
