An extremely rare novelty silver and enamel telescopic Propelling Pencil formed as a bottle with attached suspension ring. The inset enamel label reads ""Non Alcoholic Aerated Phosphated Iron Beverage - Brain and Nerve Tonic - LOEDONE - Patentee, David Johnson FCS - Sole Manufacturers, The Loedone Company Ltd, Wrexham"". An additional enamel label to the neck which reads ""Keep The Bottle Flat"". Two drawer telescopic opening mechanism.

Stamped: H Good & Son, who were probably the retailers, the pencil likely to have been made by Samspon Mordan & Co, c1880.
