A fine quality Victorian novelty silver and enamel Cigarette Case made in the form of an envelope, of curved rounded rectangular form, the cover enameled with the name and address of 'Mrs Maxwell, 14 North Bank, Regent's Park, N.W.' and with a Victorian cancelled one penny lilac stamp and a London post mark for December 24th 1888. The reverse with a similar post mark and the initials 'WM'. Sprung hinged opening mechanism and plain silver interior.
