A rare Victorian novelty silver and enamel telescopic Propelling Pencil, made in the form of a Scheppes Hamilton Torpedo Soda Water Bottle, the blue enamel label including the Scheppes trade mark. Two drawer telescopic action and attached suspension ring. The nozzle engraved for a 'V.S' (very soft) lead.
