A fine quality Victorian silver and enamel Vesta Case made in the form of a wooden shoe last, with attached suspension ring and hinged lid. The base of the shoe enameled - "HERE'S THE LAST". Silver gilt interior. The toe engraved with contemporary initials 'DC'.
