A rare Victorian novelty silver combination Vinaigrette and Vesta Case, formed as a Policeman's Bullseye Lantern, with fluted domed top and attached suspension ring, the front hinged cover mounted with a revolving ball set with white, red and green glass and opening to reveal an incurving pierced silver gilt grille. The hinged base with engraved striker and silver gilt interior.
