An extremely rare Victorian Novelty Silver Vinaigrette made in the form of a Watchman's Lantern, the cylindrical silver mounted glass body containing an enamelled wooden or ceramic candle, the hinged base opening to reveal a silver gilt interior with pull off vinaigrette grille. Attached suspension ring.
