A Victorian Scottish novelty silver Vinaigrette made in the form of a Thistle, with attached suspension chain and ring. The lid engraved with contemporary initials and the motto - ""Dinna Forget"". Complete with original Mackay & Chisholm retailers silk and velvet lined leather case.
By A.F. of Edinburgh, 1881.
Also stamped with a diamond registration mark for the 2nd April 1881.
Sold - £1,350.00
Condition
In very fine crisp condition with no damage or repair. The leather case in good order but not holding shut.
