				An extremely rare Victorian silver castle-top Vinaigrette  of shaped rectangular form and large size, the base and sides with bands of engine turned decoration and with a shield shaped cartouche engraved with contemporary initials. The lid engraved with a view of the Port of Beirut in the Lebanon. The silver gilt grille pierced with flower heads and scrolls.

Castle Top Vinaigrettes engraved with overseas views are extremely scarce.
