A rare Victorian silver combination item of tubular form with repousse foliate scroll decoration, one end with hinged lid with camel finial to house the sealing wax, the other end with hinged lid formed as a seal to contain wax vestas, one of which could be inserted into the upright tube for use as a go-to-bed.
