A rare and unusual fully hallmarked Victorian silver sliding Propelling Pencil, the plain cylindrical barrel engraved with the contemporary owners initials - 'H.Mc.C.', the large terminal with glass cover containing three small dice and unscrewing to reveal a lead reservoir.
