A good large Victorian silver telescopic Propelling Pencil mounted inside an early 18th century Dutch silver Needle / Bodkin Case, the body chased with a pastoral scene depicting a Shepherd and Shepherdess, the screw-off seal finial engraved with a hound chasing a deer.
