A good quality heavy gauge Victorian silver sliding 3-Colour Propelling Pencil with cylindrical body and attached suspension ring. The case engraved with contemporary initials - 'C.L.S' and the date 1898. The model known as the "TEMPLE" Pencil, with special thick coloured leads and coloured stone pushes to the slider buttons.
