A Victorian silver Cigar or Cheroot Cutter, the steel spring loaded blade with excellent tension, the side plates engraved with foliate scroll decoration and a vacant cartouche. Attached suspension ring.
By James Alexander, Birmingham c1895. The steel blade stamped - 'Sheffield'.
